About Bikram's YogaThe ClassBikram's beginning Hatha Yoga class is a comprehensive 90-minute class consisting of a series of 26 Asanas (postures) and 2 breathing exercises. Each Bikram Yoga posture is done twice with a Sivasana (rest pose) between each, holding to the 3 primary principles of Hatha Yoga as explained in the introduction to Bikram's book.
